My name is Stephanie (she/her) and I'm glad you're here.
I have been involved in psychotherapy for the past 13 years, and working directly with clients for the past decade. I have trained in diverse types of therapy, including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy, and emotionally focused therapy.

Change is uncomfortable. Together we can explore what is keeping you feeling stuck and preventing you from living your most authentic life.
Mindful
Only when we are fully present are we able to truly experience our lives. Therapy can help each of us tap into being present and aware of each current moment.
Unconditional Positive Regard
I believe each person is doing the absolute best they can within their circumstances. I provide therapy from this deeply empathetic place.
